一大片純凈的海洋，陽光下浪花激蕩，青山綿延環繞、田園悠然錯落…這不是夢境里的天堂，而是花蓮東海岸的海濱景緻。從平原駛入沿海公路，鬱郁蔥蔥的農田及農舍頓時峰迴路轉，層層疊疊石頭堆積的石梯坪，另浩瀚壯闊的太平洋盡收眼底。花蓮的美也不僅僅在風景，樸實的人情味也是最美的，這裡有純真的阿美族原住民、這裡有可口香糯的麻薯，風土和人情在一塊兒才是完整的旅途。

Beginning at Fanshuliao Valley, you'll be immediately confronted with the dramatic topography of a hundred-meter gorge cutting through the mountains at this unique canyon. The area is dotted with quaint cottages on riverside farmlands with undulating hill vistas beyond. Shihtiping showcases the best of Taiwan's coastal geology, where sea erosion has smoothed the volcanic rock, forcing it to immerge into layers resembling stone steps. Visit Shihti Harbor next, a working fishing village and the gateway to whale and dolphin sightings in Taiwan – so keep your eyes peeled! The tour ends at the Baqi Gazebo, an undisturbed setting for blissful viewpoints across the Pacific coastline and the coastal mountain range, with lush grasslands dotted with aboriginal sculptures and handicrafts.

石門洞

麻糬洞，本名石門洞，英文名March洞。位於台11線60公里處的石門休憩站，因為外型酷似March小汽車，而被當地人稱作麻糬洞。這個花蓮人不想告訴你的秘境，卻因為好萊塢電影『沉默』在這取景，一夕之間在網路上爆紅，成了IG上網美網帥們打卡的勝地。

[蕃薯寮休息區] Fanshuliao Valley

蕃薯寮位於海岸公路18號橋旁，是東海岸最為獨特的峽谷景觀，峽谷寬約45公尺，深達近百公尺，形勢險峻，在此可以觀賞到公路兩側，因不同地質在溪流的堆積及切割作用下，形成對比明顯的地形景觀。

"Fanshuliao is located on Highway 11 near Bridge 18. It is the most unique canyon on the East Coast. From the both sides of the road, you can see the obvious topographical and geological contrasts due to erosion.
On the west side of the road are low, undulating hills and valleys, with a stream cutting through. The area is dotted with farms and cottages on the flat river terrace. On the east side side where the Fanshuliao River cuts under Bridge 18, there is a hundred-meter deep gorge comparable to Taroko Gorge. From the lookout, you can see the deep river valleys, steep cliffs and lush forest."

[大石鼻山步道] Dashibishan Trail

豐濱最美海景步道~旁邊還有好吃的頭目飛魚，花蓮必玩景點，台11線上的美麗景點，不到15分鐘的路程就可以看到一望無際的海景，非常值得一遊。

[石梯坪] Shihtiping (stone stair terrace)

石梯坪擁有經風力和海水雕刻而成的特殊岩岸風景，潮間帶上豐富的自然生態資源：螃蟹、海星、海參、寄居蟹、色彩斑斕的魚群，等待觀察力敏銳的人來一探奧秘。夜晚在海蝕平台上方的石梯坪露營區搭營，隔天就能在營帳前迎接美麗的晨曦，看清晨的陽光破雲而出將海面映照得金黃燦爛。

"Shitiping is a huge area of coastal terraces. Its landscapes include the developed sea terrain, wave-cut platforms, uplifted coral reefs, sea trenches and cliffs. The potholes, in particular, are one of Taiwan's Number one sites.
Shitiping's coast is rich in coral reefs, tropical fish, intertidal zones and tide pools from potholes. A variety of seaweed, fish, shellfish and other marine life dwell here. Shitiping is a great place to observe intertidal ecology and an excellent place for diving.
Shiti Level Ground has a well-equipped campground. Stay here and enjoy the sound of the waves on a starry night. It offers a wonderful experience."

[石梯漁港] Shihtiping Port

處位於石梯坪旁的一個純樸小漁港，擁有原始優美的自然景色，漁港在日據時代就存在，當時僅有小膠筏捕捉虱目魚，到了1959年2月擴建為現在的樣子，是花蓮至台東間雖小但規模完整的一個漁港。

[石門班哨角] Shimen Recreation area

近年台11線拍照打卡的地方-雙心LOVE，是由前海防部落班哨改建而成並得其名，前有太平洋，後有海脈山脈，視角遼濶，海景無敵，雖說這天天氣不佳，影響海水的顏色，但夏季時，海色是蔚藍無比。

[新社梯田]  Xinshe Rice Terrace

不管是春天、夏天、秋天、冬天哪個月份來，東海岸上的『新社梯田』在插秧後到收割前隨著稻米的成長，不同季節都有不同的樣貌景色，就算『新社梯田』休耕中也別有一番風味，灌滿水的稻水面上映出藍天白雲的倒影，寧靜中水面還會隨著從太平洋吹起的海風掀起漣漪。

[親不知子海上古道] Fengbin Skywalk

花蓮東海岸的熱門景點，幾乎每個人到花蓮都要拜訪，它也是最新的花蓮景點之一。想挑戰斷崖峭壁間行走玻璃棧道上，看著一望無際的海景，這絕對是每個人的夢想，因為這是全台唯一的海上天空步道，因此吸引著許多人就算害怕也要前往。

[芭崎瞭望台] Baqi Gazebo

行經在綿長的台11線上，芭崎瞭望台可以說是此路最美的「轉捩點」。從花蓮市驅車經過此處的髮夾彎時，所看到的風景從兩旁的翠綠山林，頓時轉為一片廣大的太平洋，海岸山脈巍峨聳立；走入此瞭望台向東方眺望，太平洋海水湛藍得足以讓人忘卻這一路的辛勞，向南也可以俯瞰磯崎海灣南側的大石鼻山山頭。

The Baqi Gazebo is located on 32 kilometer marker of Taiwan Provincial Highway 11, at a commanding vantage point rarely seen on the coastal highway. Climbing on to the viewing platform looking south, it is possible to catch sight of Jiqi Bay and Guihou headland, along with Hsinshe township’s ocean cliff; layer-upon-layer of unusual coastal terrain.

The viewing platform has several sets of coin-operated telescopes, allowing visitors to survey the scene more clearly, and when the breeze is still, the waves are quiet, and the sun is setting in the west, it is possible to catch sight of little specks of returning fishing boats. Looking south from the viewing platform it is possible to see clearly the entire mountain tops of the south side of Jiqi Bay, along with the volcanic craters on the mountain top.

The Tourism Office of the East Coast National Scenic Area has installed here a rest area, planting all around many shady trees and exquisite flower beds, with an expansive car park, and clean toilets; the local area has a small store of indigenous style, and inside the boss’s artistic creations, small toys created from driftwood, and all kinds of indigenous handicrafts are displayed; providing hot and cold drinks, simple foods, marinades, and all kinds of drinks and coffee. Travellers can rest here on simple and unadorned wooden tables and chairs, and take pleasure from the food and drink.
